MMPartners LLC is pleased to invite you to our first official open house at Pyramid Lofts. The lofts showcase the open and industrial design of this beautiful historic building. Each Loft will be equipped with white quartz countertops, a “white ice” upgraded appliance package, and a washer & dryer.
The lofts will also feature design driven finishes with exposed polished concrete flooring, original columns, high ceilings, exposed ductwork, and massive windows offering views of the Philadelphia skyline and Fairmount Park. Many lofts even feature original works of street art that we were able to retain.
We have studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom lofts ranging from 620-1520 square feet, priced from $960 to $2450 per month. You can see the various loft layouts at:
