Plans are only worthwhile if they become reality. The Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC) has been busy putting the recommendations in action from Philadelphia2035, the City’s comprehensive plan. This pecha kucha style presentation from PCPC staff will showcase the public process for Philadelphia2035, projects that are underway or completed as a result, and how zoning remapping is being used to enact the communities’ visions for the future of their neighborhoods.
