Type is developed through a series of repeated forms, distinguishing one character from the next. TYPE TILES demonstrates each letter of the alphabet as subject, becoming object, variable in style and repeating in arrangement. AIGA Philadelphia, together built an abstracted alphabet of typographic patterns. This special exhibit, showcasing our diverse membership, will open with a DesignPhiladelphia Happy Hour on Monday, October 9th, from 5:30-7pm, and is open to the public through the end of November.
